We keep it simple - a low 4.5% contribution per booking, made up of two transparent elements:
You can pass on these standard host fees through your platform settings. To ensure transparency, make sure the fee is clearly labelled as your own - not as a PetBubble fee - so guests understand it’s a charge you’ve chosen to forward.
We recommend naming it something like “Service Fee” or similar. You may also include any pet-related surcharges in this fee, or choose to charge them separately. The choice is entirely yours.
Not for you, and not for your guests!
Unlike other platforms such as Airbnb, PetBubble does not take a commission from your guests. The price you set for your listing is exactly what your guests will pay. PetBubble does not add any extra charges to the amount you display.
Yes - before confirming a booking, guests can see their price breakdown at checkout based on the settings you have chosen. This includes line items like any additional fees you may have added to your listing.
We also provide SUBSCRIPTION BASED PLANS for those needing a property or tour operator management system. While they require a bit more setup, they offer enhanced control and flexibility. Enquire now

PetBubble guests are looking for all sorts of accommodation options – the one thing they have in common is they want to bring their pet(s) along. Whether it’s a holiday rental, hotel room, luxury BnB, apartment, house or even a campsite, if it’s pet friendly, they’re keen to hear about it.
It’s free to join PetBubble and list your pet-friendly property. When a reservation is completed and your pay-out is processed, we apply a 2% PetBubble Fee and a 2.5% Processing Fee. These are collected monthly from you as one simple, cumulative fee.
No additional fees apply – including for your guests. Should you choose to pass PetBubble's standard fees on to guests, like Airbnb does with their fees, the platform allows for this; however, any such charges must be labelled differently to PetBubble’s standard fees.
Subscription-based plans are also available for those looking to manage their entire accommodation business through the PetBubble platform. Additional setup steps will be required for this option. Enquire now.
Can guests see a break down of their fees?
Yes – before confirming a booking, guests can click the Price breakdown link on the checkout page to view a detailed summary of the total cost. This includes individual line items such as your additional fees, if applicable.

We also support your continued use of other platforms if you choose, with access to a robust online travel agency (OTA) integration system, calendar feed two-way-sync and channel management tools.
As a startup and small team, we're focused on building the features that bring the most immediate value to our community. At this stage, developing a mobile app isn’t feasible due to the high costs involved, and most users are happily accessing PetBubble via mobile browsers like Chrome or their desktops.
While we understand that larger platforms offer dedicated apps, it's worth remembering they didn’t start out with everything in place - we’re growing thoughtfully and laying the groundwork for long-term success.
We connect you with respectful, responsible pet parents who genuinely care about their animals. All users create a Pet Parent Profile and can be reviewed after each stay, helping build trust.

PetBubble manages online bookings, payments and availability so you can focus on hosting. You’ll receive secure payouts after each completed stay through your selected payment gateway. We can also handle cancellations based on your selected policy.

iCal Sync Explained SimplyiCal sync makes sure your booking calendars line up across different websites. PetBubble both imports and exports booking calendar feeds to help prevent double bookings.
For example, if a pet parent books your property on Airbnb, that date will automatically be blocked out on PetBubble – and the same works in reverse. You won’t need to log in and manually update each platform.This saves you time, avoids accidental double bookings, and takes away the stress of having to cancel guests.
