Is my property right for PetBubble?

  
PetBubble guests are looking for all sorts of accommodation options – the one thing they have in common is they want to bring their pet(s) along. Whether it’s a holiday rental, hotel room, luxury BnB, apartment, house or even a campsite, if it’s pet friendly, they’re keen to hear about it.
 

What are PetBubble's fees?

  
It’s free to join PetBubble and list your pet-friendly property. When a reservation is completed and your pay-out is processed, we apply a 2% PetBubble Fee and a 2.5% Processing Fee. These are collected monthly from you as one simple, cumulative fee.

No additional fees apply – including for your guests
. Should you choose to pass PetBubble's standard fees on to guests, the platform allows for this; however, any such charges must be labelled differently to PetBubble’s standard fees. Learn more about fees.

Subscription-based plans are also available
for those looking to manage their entire accommodation business through the PetBubble platform. Additional setup steps will be required for this option.  Enquire now.

Can guests see a break down of their fees? 


Yes – before confirming a booking, guests can click the Price breakdown link on the checkout page to view a detailed summary of the total cost. This includes individual line items such as your additional fees, if applicable.

What makes PetBubble different from other platforms like Airbnb, Bookingcom or Stayz?


We’re a niche marketplace dedicated to pet-friendly stays and services. Our platform is community-driven, trust-based, and packed with features that help both providers and pet parents feel confident and supported.

We also support your continued use of other platforms if you choose, with access to a robust online travel agency (OTA) integration system, calendar feed two-way-sync and channel management tools.
  

 Is there a PetBubble app?


As a startup and small team, we're focused on building the features that bring the most immediate value to our community. At this stage, developing a mobile app isn’t feasible due to the high costs involved, and most users are happily accessing PetBubble via mobile browsers like Chrome or their desktops.

While we understand that larger platforms offer dedicated apps, it's worth remembering they didn’t start out with everything in place - we’re growing thoughtfully and laying the groundwork for long-term success.

We connect you with respectful, responsible pet parents who genuinely care about their animals. All users create a Pet Parent Profile and can be reviewed after each stay, helping build trust.
 

How does the marketplace handle bookings and payments?

  
Absolutely! You’re in full control. Whether it’s "no dogs on furniture" or "cats only," we make your preferences clear to guests before they book.

PetBubble manages online bookings, payments and availability so you can focus on hosting. You’ll receive secure payouts after each completed stay through your selected payment gateway. We can also handle cancellations based on your selected policy.
 

How do I list my accommodation?


Follow the "Become a Partner" link below to sign up — it’s quick and easy! Just upload a few photos, tell us about your property (including what makes it pet-friendly), and submit your details.

We’ll take care of setting up your account and send you your login info. From there, you can personalise your profile, create rooms, set your availability, pricing, and house rules.

When you’re ready to go live, we’ll activate your account on PetBubble’s marketplace. And if you need a hand at any step, we’re always here to help — just reach out!
 

Is PetBubble Australia-based and tailored to our needs?

  
Yes — we’re proudly Aussie-owned and built specifically for the Australian pet-parent community. We understand local laws, lifestyle, and what pet parents truly value.

We’re also happy to support international providers, as long as you’re comfortable operating under our terms of use and policies, which are based on Australian law.

Do I have to host all the time?
