They constitute a legally binding contract between you and PetBubble, under which we agree to maintain the platform and you agree to our Terms of Use.
You agree that a binding legal contract is created between you (the customer) and provider (pet service operator) when booked through the PetBubble platform. Any such agreement between you is on our Terms of Use, the provider's terms and conditions, and any other applicable terms associated with the relevant booking.
You acknowledge and agree that PetBubble is not a party to any agreements between providers and customers. PetBubble has no control over, and is not responsible for, the actions or omissions of providers, customers, or any other users of the platform or pet services. PetBubble disclaims any and all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.
PetBubble is provided for your convenience and should be adhered to accordingly. Redirecting customers to any other website, platform, or third-party service instead of the listings provided on PetBubble is prohibited unless explicitly authorised by PetBubble. Unauthorised redirection may result in the suspension of your account or access to our services and could lead to potential legal actions.
