Trail Details: The Brisbane River Loop is one of the city's most iconic riverside walking and cycling routes. The wide, flat pathways are perfect for a gentle stroll with your pup, weaving through heritage gardens, jacaranda trees and the iconic Riverwalk access point. The area is lively yet peaceful, with plenty of grassy spaces, picnic areas and river breezes.
Highlights: Beautiful flowering gardens, riverfront views, shade from large fig trees, nearby cafés, and access to the New Farm-Howard Smith Wharves boardwalk.
Getting there: Best access is via Brunswick Street or Sydney Street Ferry Terminal. Parking is available around New Farm Park and along Brunswick Street, though it fills up quickly on weekends.
