Being a veterinarian, pet owner, and life-long animal lover, I have personally experienced the comfort and peace of in-home euthanasia, both on the giving and receiving end. Our pets give us a lifetime of loyalty, love, and absolute joy and I am committed to providing the most peaceful end to that beautiful life.
Our pets are part of our families and are the most relaxed when they are in their own home with their favourite people. In-home euthanasia allows pets to be in the comfort of their own bed, lounge or favourite spot in the yard at the time of their passing as well as allow family members to feel more at ease during this difficult time.
The word “euthanasia” itself comes from the Greek words “eu” (good) and “thanatos” (death) and when it is the right time for you and them, in-home euthanasia really is the ultimate gift to your beloved pet.

Hello, I'm Francesca, owner and sole veterinarian of Rest Easy Pet.
As a veterinarian, I have been supporting owners through compassionate pet euthanasia for past 5 years and feel privileged to assist pets across the rainbow bridge from the comfort of their own home. I will be alongside you through preparation, aftercare, bereavement advice and to guide you and your family through your pet's peaceful passing.
